Sunday Study Break

It’s late Sunday afternoon and you might be doing some last minute homework. You’re not alone, it’s getting close to the end of the semester and all the projects are due. Here’s a few quick and easy things you can do and then get back to studying. 1) Go have a hot chocolate break – Seriously, it’ll get you moving and away from your work for a few minutes.
